About us

TfT was founded in 1977 by Martin Hallett and the late Canon L Roy Barker.

Our office is in the North West of England where our staff workers are based. We have Support Groups and Voluntary Workers (men & women) across the UK. We also provide help and encouragement to people overseas through e-mail and correspondence. In addition we have four private e-mail support groups for TfT members - for men, women, wives and parents.

If you would like any further information about our work, how we might be able to help you, or joining the TfT membership please let us know. We are very happy to discuss issues with you and total confidentiality is assured. If you wish to remain anonymous this is perfectly OK.

This section describes what TfT stands for and what it does.
